Paella Shack by the London Paella School, it’s a real paella takeaway. We are distinguished as paella ambassadors by the prestigious Wikipaella Association from Valencia Spain and recognised by the Tourist Office of the Generalitat de Valencia, the regional government of Valencia-Spain.

We make paella dishes for takeaway, paella for private parties and corporates, and all kinds

of paella events like festivals. I have more than 4 years in the business and more than 25 years

working as a chef.
